Moonshadow accepts Cash, PayPal or CashAPP, no checks will be accepted.
AS OF 2022, all animal sales will be conducted at our residence in Franklin. Any other sales conducted will be held at Moonshadow's discretion and travel/transportation will be at the buyer's expense. If we were to sell outside of these events, further details here Please consider I only plan on having a few litters per year with a limited number of babies that will be available to pet-homes. This helps to make sure all my exceptional babies will have homes by limiting the number of litters produced.
PayPal Information
If you would like to pay your deposit/amount owed via PayPal, please contact us for our PayPal information and to make sure the animal you are inquiring about is available.
If paying via PayPal, please send as "Friends & Family," because there is a charge to us if you send as goods or services so we do not receive our whole asking price of the animal and will ask you to cover that fee.
We do NOT send invoices, but you will receive a receipt upon pickup of your animal. (PayPal also sends an automatic email receipt when money is sent.)
Prices are final; non-negotiable.
Deposit Information
All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit of half-down is required and it MUST be made immediately after inquiring about said animal.
The deposit is non-negotiable, it is half-down of the asking price of the animal.
All animals will remain available until a deposit is placed. Once we receive your deposit, the rabbit will be marked "Reserved."

Sale Labels
AVAILABLE - Animal is available for deposit and will be in the available album on Facebook.
PENDING - Animal has been selected by buyer, awaiting deposit/payment and will be in the pending album on Facebook.
RESERVED - Deposit has been paid, Animal is not available and will be in the Pending Album on Facebook.
HOLDBACK - Holding the Animal back to watch development and will be in the Breeder's Album on Facebook or listed on this website.
PENDING PICKUP - Animal is paid for & scheduled for pick-up and will be in the Pending Album on Facebook.
Pre-sale Information
We do NOT hold animals without a deposit (See Deposit information above.) Once the deposit is placed, your animal becomes reserved.
Pickup/Meeting date must be agreed upon between both parties (customer and Moonshadow Rattery)
Customers will receive a call/message with the amount they owe the day before the animal's sale date.
Your animal must be paid in full by its ready-by-date. Deposit is non-refundable after placing, and full payment becomes non-refundable after the ready-by-date.
We cannot hold reserved animals for PA pickups any longer than one week after their scheduled sale date (ready-by date.)
If you cannot pick your animal(s) up within that time frame, the animal(s) become(s) available again and you forfeit your payment.
